LSMS™ CleanTrailer helps wash facilities validate that livestock trailers have been washed to specification.  It helps wash facilities collect relevant information about incoming trailers, recommends the appropriate wash protocol and disinfectant, documents the wash process, as well as provides advanced analytics to improve worker and overall efficiency.    

• Registers incoming trailers, capturing BoL and other shipment related data
• Verifies trailer registration data against GPS data (if Sentinel module is installed) to verify trailer movement history 
• Recommends the appropriate sanitation treatment down to the disinfectant to be used, based on movement history, wash history and customer-specific rules  
• Documents and verifies that the sanitation treatment is carried out correctly and to an acceptable biosecurity standard, with prescribed process flows and checklists for each different type of washes
• Generates an electronic wash ticket with an embedded QR code, which can be scanned using a standard smartphone to verify wash details  (note:  users can print, email or take a photo of the electronic wash ticket)
• Generates on-demand reports on facility, employee and trailer metrics, such as mean-time-for-turnaround and mean-number-of-rewashes, which can be used for performance measurement and help managers to better understand operational trends 
• Inter-operable with other LSMS™ modules such as Sentinel and Custody for enhanced capabilities
• Can be integrated with regulator databases to accelerate shipment approvals, when the industry is under lock-down arising from an ASF or similar animal disease event
