LSMS™ Custody helps producers and processors validate their livestock are to spec and healthy, during loading and unloading operations.  It can achieve > 99.99% counting accuracy for swine, sheep and cattle, and estimate a swine and cattle shipment's mean weight and variation.  It can be enhanced with a thermal camera module to detect fever in animals, with accuracy as precise as +/- 0.1C, as part of a biosecurity protocol against ASF, CSF, FMD etc.

• Registers shipments, capturing BoL and other shipment related data
• Automates livestock counting with accuracy exceeding 99.99% for swine (market hogs, piglets etc.), sheep, goats and cattle if product requirements such as camera maintenance, proper lighting, internet connectivity and flow management are met
• Estimates livestock shipment's mean weight and range to support ration planning in downstream operations
• Automates detection of elevated livestock surface temperature (fever), as precise as +/- 0.1C to support biosecurity protocols against ASF, CSF, FMD etc.

• Generates on-demand reports for shipment stats such as BoL count, machine count, % shipment viability, unloading time etc.
• Automated dispute resolution workflow to facilitate disputes arising from difference between actual and declared livestock count, with video proof to support timely resolution  
• Interoperable with other LSMS™ modules such as CleanTrailer and Sentinel for enhanced capabilities
• Can be integrated with regulator databases to accelerate shipment approvals, when the industry is under lock-down arising from an ASF or similar animal disease event
